Originally intended it to be a conceptual piece of the worm-like creature (Conqueror Worm) in the back ground of "Pestilence II"...but I had a change of heart in the end and this is what it resulted in.

I'm trying to take more of my art further then just conceptual designs and rather making it more completed and planned out. Hopefully this picture is one step forward in that direction.

Conceptually, I wanted to give Pestilence atleast one heavy unit amidst all the other more status-effective units. I based it on some Egyptian inspirations (which also goes for Pestilence's overall theme) whilst at the same time, combining the deformation and afflictions that they all bear.
