Time to get off ass and upload these like I keep promising. No really, it simply takes a kick in the ass by my girlfriend to get me to do ANYTHING...you name it.

This here is No.2 of the 4 pieces I did for my teacher at my old school (No.1 being the Hulk) and out of all four, portraying the Daredevil was the most daunting I felt. I asked him if there was anything I could go on - to which I was told to "spice up his outfit similar to the other things I design" and "make him more pensive, like the Crow".

That to me means: "Make those damn horns longer!" and "Make him in a calmer pose then he's normally portrayed in".
To add to the experience, Daredevil is the one character I know very little about (seriously, for all I've been told, is that he's blind...but he can see -__-) and I must admit - digging around for info, background and trivia was one of the really fun parts of this piece and really brought me to enjoy it in the end.

I used this piece to capture further that dystopian, over policed city that I was asked to set these characters around - hence the city scape...which has been years since I've done one

Tell me what you think - it really grew on me once I had finished the piece but I must say - I still hate *pokerface* Ben Affleck regardless of him acting as Daredevil. I chucked in a couple of easter eggs in here as well - namely connecting my last piece and this one.

Next up - Spiderman

IN BEFORE: I'm pretty damn sure there are perspective issues a go-go in here. Please give a little slack, really got thrown into the deep end of the perspective pool, and its a learning curve that I need to get used to.

IN BEFORE: My interpretation of Daredevil = he's not going to look EXACTLY like the comic book version. Especially in the outfit department. As obvious as it may sound to some, I still get notes and comments on "how the Hulk didn't look exactly like the film version". If I get given free reign, I take bloody advantage of it
